•  Back kick
•  Water treading - 1 minute

Intermediate - RM 360 (12 lessons)

•  Full front crawl / breast stroke
•  Back kick
•  Water treading - 3 minutes

Advance - RM 360 (12 lessons)

•  Front crawl and breast stroke (speed and endurance)
•  Full back stroke
•  Water treading - 5 minutes
•  Black float (survival)
•  Underwater swim - recovery of object at a depth of 4 to 8 feet
•  Introduction of dolphin kick and full butterfly stroke
